Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for custom or personalized orders

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Design approval delays
  • Holiday seasons
  • High order volume

Production begins after payment is received and, when applicable, after design approval.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Felipe Printing Services is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Additional shipping fees for reshipment

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist when possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Chicago area.

If local pickup is offered:

  • Customers will receive pickup instructions after the order is ready
  • Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days unless arrangements are made
